We’re Losing Wildness— Outside and Within.

Earthborne exists to reawaken our primal connection to the natural world through immersive experiences, powerful stories, and bold cinematic visions.

We believe adventures change lives, stories shift cultures, and witnessing the wild can save what’s left of it.

At its core, Earthborne is a call to remember:

That we are of this Earth. That the future is shaped by what we pay attention to. That the adventure isn't out there — it’s us.

Our Story

Earthborne was born on the Wild Coast of South Africa. Two weeks of hiking remote coastline, learning animal tracking under one of the world's leading trackers, and asking a question we couldn't shake: what if we built something that made more of this possible?

Jay and Peter had both spent years in the field as National Geographic guides and photographers — tracking animals at dawn, working alongside communities that still live in deep relationship with the land, witnessing ecosystems of staggering beauty that most people will never see.

And watching them disappear.

That tension is what Earthborne is built from. The wild is breathtaking and it is under threat, and those two truths are inseparable.

We believe people who genuinely encounter wildness don't want to extract from it. They want to protect it. The encounter rewires something. It always does.

So we build expeditions designed to create that encounter. Small groups. Remote places. Real conservation partners on the ground. Experiences that ask something of you, and give something back.

We are not a tour company wearing conservation as a costume. We are guides, photographers, and explorers who have decided that sharing these places carefully, honestly, and with deep reciprocity is worth doing.

What We're All About

Earthborne’s values are rooted in reverence for the wild, deep human connection, and courageous action. We honor the Earth as our first teacher, placing conservation at the heart of every expedition and story we create. We lead with curiosity and humility, listening to local communities, scientists, and indigenous voices before we speak or film. We move with integrity. Small groups, low impact, and transparent partnerships, so that our journeys protect more than they consume. And we believe transformation begins within: by reawakening our own sense of wonder and responsibility, we inspire others to protect what remains wild on this  planet.

Earthborne envisions a world where exploration fuels regeneration, where expeditions directly protect wild places, grassroots conservation thrives, and a global community of modern explorers lives in active stewardship of the  Earth.
We are building a living ecosystem of journey, story, and impact, reshaping how adventure serves the  planet.

A Call to Build Something That Matters

Earthborne is in its founding chapter. We're bringing together expedition leaders, filmmakers, conservationists, and partners aligned by a shared commitment to protect what’s sacred.

We are actively building our circle of collaborators, advisors, and founding partners.
